HUSAI is partnered with reliable and highly trained service professionals. As a platform, we are responsible to ensure satisfaction of our customers. HUSAI implements a Husai Guarantee Program (HGP) which allows reservice of services if customers found it unsatisfactory.
To be eligible for the HGP, you must be able to report the output of the service within 24hours after the service was rendered. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the HGP, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your reservice request is accepted, we'll schedule your next appointment to fix the service issues.

Damages and issues
Any damages incurred during the service made by our partner service providers must be reported to HYSAI immediately for assessment.
Husai will conduct investigations on concerns from the output of our partner service providers. Issues that came outside the work scope of the job is not included in the HGP. This includes consumables, part replacements and the like. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about the service.
Unfortunately, services from gift card redemption is also exempted from HGP.
